Replacement and Refund Policy
- 1. If employee leaves the job agency will arrange another employee within 15 days.
- 2. If we are unable to provide replacement or if employerdoesn’t want replacement can ask for refund his/her agreement fee.
- 3. If Employer wants refund, his/her agreement fee will be refunded within 30 days.
- 4. 02 Replacements are free within 06 months.
- 5. 03 Replacements are free within 11 months.
- 6. Our endeavor is always to find a candidate within the previous help’s salary bracket but cannot
- Guarantee that. In case the new help is more expensive. You will have to pay them the new salary.
- 7. ₹ 5,000 Registration fee. (Non Refundable)
- 8. If employee leaves the job agency will refund only agreement fee at the rate of₹ 1,500 per month
- 9. For example:- Your agreement with us is for 11 months, after 03 months if employee leaves the job we will refund ₹ 12,000 for the remaining 08 months.
- 10. Any refund will be made only by cheque even if the client madepayment in cash.
- 11. Over time will only be worked if agreed up on betweenthe parties from time to time.
- 12. Monthly leave- 02 days per months.
- 13. Medical check-up is also available on request. (additional charges will apply)
- The agency and it’s staff cannot accept responsibility for any loss, liabilities, Expenses, claim of Damage to the employer or their property. Resulting from an in production made through the Agency including any costs or exercise by the employer as a result of the use by the agency or staff or gas, water, Electricity or telephone services.
